  • Exclusive use of one of our Party Spaces with seating for up to 16 Shredders, and a mini fridge, for 3 hours. (Ask staff about larger parties or check out the RAD ROOM)

  • Rental bikes and scooters for anyone that needs one are only $20 and helmets are included. "Unlimited Rentals" is a party upgrade available at checkout for $129.99 and let's all party-goers choose bikes and scooters as much as they like for the duration of the party.  And everyone gets a VIP wristband!

  • All guests receive 10% off their own birthday booking, 10 Packs and Memberships! Have them visit the front desk on the big day to receive the discount.​

PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Everyone, without exception, is invited to North Shore Bike Park to have fun and ensure everyone around you is having fun. At no time should your actions impose on any other guest's experience in a negative way.

  1. Booking & Payment
    Full payment is required at the time of booking. Party sizes have no minimum; and maximum capacities are shown during online booking. For very large groups, please contact the park directly.
     

  2. Cancellation Policy

    • Full refund: cancellations made ≥ 4 weeks before the event.

    • 50 % refund: cancellations made ≥ 48 hours before the event.

    • No refund: cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
       

  3. Memberships and Use of
    Even if riders have a Membership, 10-Pack, 5-Pack, or Day Pass, they still count toward your party’s maximum capacity and need to be booked as paid guests.
     

  4. Party Rooms & Timing
    Each party room reservation includes a specific time slot; please respect start and finish times so the next group can set up.
     

  5. Terrain Access
    All riding areas remain open to the public unless stated otherwise for a special event. Parties share the terrain with other riders.
     

  6. Supervision & Safety

    • All riders must have a valid waiver.

    • Guardians must remain in the building for riders under 12.

    • Riders 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

    • Staff party hosts are not currently provided; adult supervision is required.
       

  7. Food & Decorations
    Outside food, drinks, and decorations are welcome. Please tidy your area after use, let’s keep the park clean for everyone.
     

  8. Rental Availability & Equipment
    Rental bikes and scooters are first-come, first-served. Helmets are included.
    Guests may bring their own bikes, scooters, skateboards if it meets our BYO requirements.
     

  9. Refunds & Adjustments

No refunds are provided for unused time, no-shows, or guests removed for rule violations.
