Every party booking includes ALL-DAY PASSES for every guest. That means the "Big Day" starts whenever you want! Your guests can check in hours before your room time begins and keep riding long after the cake is gone.
You get 3 hours of exclusive use of your private party room, but the park is yours from the moment we open until the lights go out.

3-Hour Private Party Basecamp: A dedicated space with seating for 16 and a mini-fridge. It’s your private hub for refueling between sessions. (Ask staff about larger parties or check out the RAD ROOM)

Freedom to Roam: Arrive WHENEVER, use the room during your booked time slot, and stay until WHENEVER. We don't kick you out when the room time ends so the riding never stops!

Need a ride? We’ve got you covered. Rental bikes and scooters (helmets included) are only $20 for the entire day.
The VIP Unlimited Upgrade ($124.99)
Want total freedom? The "Unlimited Rentals" upgrade lets your entire party swap between bikes and scooters as often as they want all day long. Everyone gets a VIP wristband to show they’re part of the ultimate birthday crew!

PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Everyone, without exception, is invited to North Shore Bike Park to have fun and ensure everyone around you is having fun. At no time should your actions impose on any other guest's experience in a negative way.

Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Party sizes have no minimum; and maximum capacities are shown during online booking. For very large groups, please contact the park directly.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund: cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event.

50% refund: cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event.

No refund: cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

Memberships and Use of
Even if riders have a Membership, 10-Pack, 5-Pack, or Day Pass, they still count toward your party’s maximum capacity and need to be booked as paid guests.

Party Rooms & Timing
Each party room reservation includes a specific time slot; please respect start and finish times so the next group can set up.

Terrain Access
All riding areas remain open to the public unless stated otherwise for a special event. Parties share the terrain with other riders.

Supervision & Safety

All riders must have a valid waiver.

Riders under 12 must be checked in and their guardian's contact information on file

Riders 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Staff party hosts are not currently provided; adult supervision is required.

Food & Decorations
Outside food, drinks, and decorations are welcome. Please tidy your area after use, let’s keep the park clean for everyone.

Rental Availability & Equipment
Rental bikes and scooters are first-come, first-served. Helmets are included.
Guests may bring their own bikes, scooters, skateboards if it meets our BYO requirements.

Refunds & Adjustments
No refunds are provided for unused time, no-shows, or guests removed for rule violations.
