Bring the Whole Squad: Group Bookings in Maple Ridge

Group Bookings in Maple Ridge: Bring the Whole Squad, We'll Bring the Fun
Group bookings in Maple Ridge are open to schools, sports teams, clubs and corporate crews. Looking for something that gets everyone moving, laughing and talking about it for weeks afterwards? North Shore Bike Park is Western Canada's largest indoor bike park, and whether you are bringing 20 riders or 100, there is a spot on the pump track with your name on it.
Group Rate $21.99 per rider, plus tax
Your rate includes all access to the park and a rental bike or scooter with a helmet for every rider. No gear to haul and no weather to worry about. On weekdays the park is closed to the public until 4pm, so your group has the whole place to itself from 9am to 3pm, and riders can stay all day for just $5 more.
We're not just a bike park, but a recreation centre!
Meeting Spaces | Fill the day with an active session that blends professional or social goals with movement breaks. Our lounge and party mezzanines have tables, speakers and portable dividers, plus free wifi, a cordless microphone and a small monitor on a rolling stand, all free to use.
Optional Added Instruction | Make the event a theme day with added instruction in cycling first aid, bike and scooter maintenance and more. Added costs apply.
All Skill Levels Welcome | The park regularly welcomes riders of all ages who have never ridden a bike, and that is no problem. We can provide instructors who specialize in learning to ride, or more advanced instruction in BMX, dirt jumping, skateboarding and scootering. Less confident riders can also choose a simple scooter activity on their own.
Group bookings in Maple Ridge for every kind of crew
School groups. Make the park your classroom. Your students get the terrain to themselves while the rest of the world is still at its desks. For field trips, we suggest avoiding the Pro-D days of other districts.
Sports teams. Picture a minor hockey team in matching jerseys, bursting through the door. Pre-season bonding, a rainy-day practice or an end-of-season celebration: a day on the bikes builds the trust, balance and good-natured trash talk that carry back onto the ice, the field or the court.

Corporate events. Swap the boardroom for the jump line. Mix a morning of presentations with a few hours of riding. Nothing breaks the ice like watching your CFO try the foam pit.

Birthdays and Celebrations | Planning something bigger? Take a look at our birthday parties page.
Thousands of Kids Have Already Ridden Here
Since October 2025, we have counted about 6,300 visits from riders aged 12 and under, and about 6,000 riders under 18 have signed a waiver to ride with us. Your group is joining a very big, very happy crowd.
Benefits Beyond Physical Fitness
Cycling, scootering, skateboarding and inline skating build strong hearts, legs and cores, but a day on the terrain does a lot more for a group. Here is what your riders take home:
Mental Health | Fresh energy, big smiles and a lot of laughter. Active play is one of the simplest ways to reduce stress and boost mood, for ten-year-olds and for managers alike.
Cardiovascular Development | Riding builds endurance and heart health, along with balance and coordination, and riders barely notice because they are too busy having fun.
Cognitive and Problem-Solving Skills | Every roller, berm and jump asks a rider to read the terrain, judge speed and pick a line. That is decision-making and spatial awareness in real time, and it sharpens focus long after the helmets come off.
Social Awareness and Inclusivity | Riders cheer each other on, trade tips and celebrate first drops together. Quiet kids find their voice, confident kids learn to make room, and everyone discovers that the best moments are shared ones.
Resilience and Risk Management | Progress at a bike park is visible and earned. Riders learn to take safe, controlled risks, try again after a wobble and feel proud when they finally land it.
That makes North Shore Bike Park an excellent venue for group outings that go beyond the traditional meeting room.
The Fine Print
Booking | Please book at least 30 days ahead; the online checkout stops taking bookings inside that window. A $400 non-refundable deposit is due when you book and comes off your final balance, which we invoice based on your final rider count. Every booking is confirmed by the park after we check the date, staffing and rental availability, so please wait for our confirmation before you finalize buses or other plans.
Group Size | A minimum of 20 paid riders is required, with a maximum of 100. Rental helmets, bikes and scooters are limited in quantity.
Timing | Sessions run from 9am to 3pm on weekdays, and you can arrive any time within that window. If you book during public hours, school breaks or holidays, we cannot guarantee the full rental fleet or the party rooms. Need an evening or weekend? Email us and we will see what we can do.
Waivers | Every rider, chaperone, teacher and coach who enters the terrain floor needs a signed waiver, signed by a guardian aged 19 or older. Waivers are easiest done online ahead of time. Without a waiver, a rider cannot ride or enter the terrain area.
Supervision | Riders aged 7 and under need an attendant with them at all times, and we recommend one adult for every ten kids.
