Your Membership and Punches Are Safe, and Ready to Go When We Reopen

Quick update on your membership or punch card while we get ready to reopen.

Back in May, we let you know that all active memberships would be frozen and all remaining 10-Pack and multi-pass punches would be saved, with nothing expiring, while the park was closed for the summer.

Here's the update: that's still exactly the plan, and it's holding. Whatever time was left on your membership, or however many punches were left on your pack, when we closed is still there waiting for you. Nothing has been used up and nothing has expired. You don't need to do anything, this is already applied to your account.

If you got an email saying your membership is expiring soon

A few of you may have received an automated email saying your membership is about to expire. Please ignore it. That email went out in error, your membership is not expiring on that date, it's covered under the freeze above. We're sorry for the confusion and any worry that caused.

What this means

• Active memberships: frozen since the closure, fully honored. Picks up right where it left off once we reopen.

• 10-Packs and multi-passes: every remaining punch is still valid. Don't worry about the expiry date on the card, nothing on it has moved.

• No action needed: this is applied automatically. Just come ride when we're back open.
